Venue: Curve Theatre, Leicester & Online
We are pleased to announce that the call for contributions for the аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û2023 Conference 2024 is now live! For the first time ever, the conference will take place outside of an academic institution in the Curve Theatre in Leicester.
Andrew Langford, Chief Executive of аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û2023 said: “This conference seeks to acknowledge and support the need for increasing diversity within the Music Therapy profession. Using an open theme we hope to be able to demonstrate the conference’s ethos of ‘About All of Us, For All of Us, By All of Us’ ”.
Dr Jonathan Pool, Chair of the Programming Committee, said: “This is an exciting time for us as a profession to look ahead to our next conference to create a place of belonging for all to reflect, challenge ourselves, share practice and research and come together. We hope to create a stronger feeling of inclusivity throughout the weekend as well as increase musical opportunities at the conference itself.
We’re looking for contributions from a diverse group of people, which will not only create stimulating dialogues that lead to action but which also offer something for everyone that they can take away with them.”
To make your contribution, please read this and submit by Friday 15th September 2023.
